  Intervention Helpline fields a wide variety of phone calls from alcoholic/addicts, concerned family members, friends and others searching for help with alcohol and drug problems. Each call is important. We focus on providing the caller with whatever assistance we can offer to help create a solution. The helpline handles referrals from agencies needing assistance with their clients who are unable to get into the proper treatment facility that would best meet their needs.

• In-State Referrals

  We have developed personal relationships with local, state, and national resources to assist Alaskans in their recovery process. We only recommend treatment facilities based on our knowledge of their operation, many of which we have personally visited. We have 12 step meeting schedules along with lists of local, state and national agencies that provide community resources and assistance.

  
  
• 12 x 12 Bookstore

  Our 12 x 12 Recovery Bookstore carries 12 Step materials and books for AA, NA, SA, and CODA. Wookbooks and step books are available along with Hazelton step materials. We carry bronze medallions for most 12 Step programs. In stock we have plastic, aluminum, bronze, gold, bi-plate, and special inset couns for all occasions. We also have key rings and necklaces to hold medallions showing length of sobriety.
